DePuy ASR Recall Forecast: Fixing Details on 2nd DePuy Hip Lawsuit

Update for the latest Deputy ASR Trial is set to take place next week in Chicago. The jury assigned to the case will deliberate whether plaintiff will be paid for damages by Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary. The first trial which took place in Los Angeles, on the case filed by Loren and Sheryl Kransky against DePuy Inc., was awarded plaintiff $8 million for damages, according to court documents (BC456086, Los Angeles Superior Court).
