The husband also testified that after her 2009 DePuy ASR implantation and 2011 revision surgery, she is unable to do activities she used to be doing before the procedure according to documents DePuy ASR Hip Litigation, No. 2011-L-009352, Cook County [Ill.] Circuit Court).
Also, first trials in the federal multidistrict litigation (MDL-2197, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio) are scheduled to commence at the end of the year according to New York Times.
